Rimini was founded in Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado, more than 10 years ago, with our gelato cafes.
Born out of love for the delicious gelati in Rimini, Italy, Michael Schneider opened and called his gelato shops to honor the region, bringing this rich and decadent treat to the liker of life.
These shops grew up with excellent wines, specialty coffees, eclectic breakfasts and sandwiches for lunch, and fine, traditional chocolates.
Until now, homemade craft chocolates were only available in our Colorado stores but our online shop provides you with something for yourself or as gifts, whenever you're in the mood.
